The documents behind every order, every redemption and every visit.
Draft structure. Each section holds the facts this site already states and lists what the final document still needs. The binding text has to be supplied and approved by EveryWish and its legal counsel before launch.
Terms & conditions Draft
These are the terms of sale the shop already shows customers. They have to be turned into the final terms.
What the site states today
- A gift card is loaded with $20 to $250 in whole dollars, up to 10 cards per order.
- The greeting card, a photo or AI design, the envelope, US shipping and digital delivery are free. Customers pay the amount they load.
- Delivery is by email or text within 15 minutes as a printable PDF, optionally scheduled, or by USPS First-Class mail in 3–5 business days. Delivery is within the US.
- Customers can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- The EveryWish gift card is valid for three years and has no fees.
To be added by EveryWish
- Legal entity, address and contact for the US business
- Refund, cancellation and resend policy
- Liability and warranty wording
- Governing law and dispute resolution
- Rules for AI-generated and customer-uploaded card designs
Redemption terms Draft
How an EveryWish gift card turns into a partner gift card.
What the site states today
- The recipient redeems online at app.every-wish.com with the 9-digit code.
- The recipient chooses a brand and receives that brand's partner gift card by email within minutes.
- The whole balance is exchanged for one partner gift card, from the brand the recipient chooses; it cannot be split across brands. If a wish costs more than the balance, the recipient pays the difference.
- Partner gift cards follow the partner's own terms. The partner selection may change.
To be added by EveryWish
- How partner changes are communicated
- What happens with lost, stolen or unused codes
- Fraud and misuse
- Support and complaint process
Privacy policy Draft
This site touches personal data in the places below. The final policy has to cover each of them.
What the site does today
- The shop asks for the buyer's email, the recipient's name and, for mail orders, a US postal address.
- The card configurator keeps your choices in the browser (session storage) while you shop.
- A photo you upload for a card is previewed in the browser.
- When the AI design studio is connected, the description you type is sent to an image-generation service (fal.ai) through EveryWish's own server. Until then the studio runs in demo mode and sends nothing.
- The fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Manrope) load from Google Fonts.
To be added by EveryWish
- Who is responsible for the data, and how to reach them
- Categories of data, purposes and retention periods
- Service providers: payments, email and text delivery, print and mail fulfillment, AI image generation
- US state privacy rights and how to use them
- Cookie and analytics disclosure, once any are added
- Children's data
Accessibility Draft
EveryWish should be usable by everyone. This site has not been audited yet, so this statement makes no conformance claim.
What the build already does
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, real links and real buttons.
- A visible focus outline for keyboard users.
- Animations switch off when a visitor prefers reduced motion.
- The FAQ uses native disclosure elements.
- Greeting card designs carry descriptive alternative text.
To be added by EveryWish
- The conformance target (for example WCAG 2.2 AA) and the audit result
- Known issues and the date of the last review
- A way for visitors to report accessibility problems
